With her own practice, Tiffany seeks to provide personalized services to her clients with a hometown feel. At Shoemaker Family Law, LLC, integrity and dedication to clients means everything.
Tiffany uses her extensive experience in family law to help guide clients through what can be difficult and challenging domestic legal issues. She has represented clients in all areas of family law from initial complaint to Superior Court appeal and spent several years serving as the Director of the Crime Victims Law Project, where she represented clients in family law matters and supervised a four-county nonprofit law project which provided free family law legal services to victims in Chester, Delaware, Montgomery and Bucks counties.
Tiffany practiced criminal law, both as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and then later as a criminal defense attorney in Southeastern Pennsylvania. During law school, she gained valuable courtroom experience through extensive training as a legal intern for the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office handling criminal matters, and shortly after law school, she worked for the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office in their Charging Unit.

Tiffany grew up in Millville, a small town in Central Pennsylvania which still has one flashing red-light at “the square”. Her grandfather, Clyde, started the family-owned auto parts business out of the trunk of his car after completing his service in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Over time, her father took over the business where she worked during high school and college, learning business basics and the value of a strong work ethic. Tiffany’s mother was a gifted Spanish teacher who traveled internationally and was dedicated to learning other cultures and sharing that knowledge with others.
Strong work ethic, dedication to clients, and achieving excellence are values that have been instilled in Tiffany from a young age, thanks to her parents and the small community she grew up in. Combined with her 25+ years of legal experience, she brings a personal connection to her cases while zealously advocating for the best interest of her clients.
